Making Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Chocolate Balls


Ingredients



2/3 cup of vanilla whey protein powder. (2 tablespoons or 60 grams)
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. (you can use cocoa powder)
3 tablespoons of raw cocoa. (can use chocolate chip)
1 cup natural peanut butter. (It makes it organic!)
.5 cup of maple syrup. (you can use honey)
2 cups of rice cereal
 

Instructions


In the mixing vessel:

Add whey protein powder, cocoa powder, and cocoa seeds. Stir until mixed.

Add peanut butter. Remove.

Pick maple syrup. Remove.

Add crispy rice cereal. Stir with your hands, it's easier!

Remove and roll in 1 "balls.

It makes 27 servings of 104 calories each.

The macros are 7 carbohydrates, 1 fat, 2 grams of protein. Freeze for a snack.
